19. There was not a city that delivered itself to the sons of Israel, except the Hivites who were living at Gibeon. For he seized it all in warfare.

2 Samuel 22:47: "Long live the Lord, and blessed be my rock, and exalted be the God of my salvation." This verse speaks of worship and gratitude to God for His salvation. The Israelites could worship and thank God for the victory in the conquest of Canaan.
