15. But on the following day, Hazael took a mantle, dipped it in water, and pressed it down on the king's face until he died. And so, Hazael succeeded him as king of Aram.

Chapter 8 of 2 Kings tells the story of Hazael, a man who would eventually become king of Syria, and his interaction with the prophet Elisha and King Jehora of Israel.
