Deuteronomy, 1

8. Look: I offer you this land; you will take possession of it and live in the land which Yahweh swore to give to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and to all their descendants.'

Deuteronomy 28:1-2 - "And if you hear the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to keep all His commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will exalt you over all the nations of the earth. These blessings will come upon you and reach you when you hear the voice of the Lord your God. " Moses promises to the people that if they obey God, He will bless them abundantly.
