Psalm 107:28-30: "Then they cried to the Lord in his anguish, and he delivered them from his afflictions. He stopped the storm, and the waves were calmed. And he rejoiced with the bonanza, and thus guided them to desired port. Isaiah 43:2: "When passing through the waters, I will be with you; when through the rivers, they will not submerge you; when you pass through fire, you will not burn you, nor the flame will burn in you." This verse emphasizes God's promise to be with us in the midst of dangers and difficulties, protecting us and guiding us safely to the other side.
