Exodus, 11

1. And the LORD said unto Moses, Yet will I bring one plague [more] upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will let you go hence: when he shall let [you] go, he shall surely thrust you out hence altogether.

In Exodus 11, God announces the last plague that will be launched upon Egypt, the death of all the firstborn. Moses communicates this to Pharaoh and the Egyptian nation. Here are five verses related to the topics covered in this chapter:

Psalm 105:36: "He wounded all the firstborn in Egypt, the firstfruits of their strength in the dog tents." This psalm recalls God's actions during the liberation of the people of Israel from Egypt, including the death of the firstborn.

Hebrews 11:28: "By faith he celebrated the Easter and applied the blood, so that the destroyer would not touch the firstborn of the Israelites." This verse highlights the importance of the celebration of Easter and the application of the blood of the lamb to protect the firstborn of the children of Israel from the last plague in Egypt.
