21. Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

Ezekiel 13 talks about the false prophecy that are being preached in Israel and warns of the punishment that will come over the false prophets. The verses chosen in order of proximity to the theme of the chapter are:

Jeremiah 23:16: "Thus saith the Lord of hosts: Do not hear the words of the prophets who prophesy among you, teaching you vanities; they speak of the vision of their own heart, not the mouth of the Lord." Matthew 7:15: "Beware of the false prophets, who are presented to you in disguise in sheep, but inside they are stole wolves." Jesus again warns of false prophets, which may seem harmless, but are dangerous and deceiving inside.
