20. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

Isaiah 24 is a chapter that talks about the destruction that will come upon all the earth because of the rebellion against God. Isaiah 26:21 - "For behold, the Lord will leave his place to punish the residents of the earth because of his iniquity; and the earth will discover his blood, and will no longer cover his dead." This verse talks about how God will come out of his place to punish the residents of the earth because of his iniquity.
