22. And they shall be gathered together, [as] prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.

Isaiah 24 is a chapter that talks about the destruction that will come upon all the earth because of the rebellion against God. " This verse talks about the glory that God will receive when bringing judgment on the earth and punishing the wicked.

Isaiah 26:21 - "For behold, the Lord will leave his place to punish the residents of the earth because of his iniquity; and the earth will discover his blood, and will no longer cover his dead." This verse talks about how God will come out of his place to punish the residents of the earth because of his iniquity.
