8. Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was studded with eyes all the way round as well as inside; and day and night they never stopped singing: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God, the Almighty; who was, and is and is to come.'

Like the appearance of a rainbow that appears in the middle of the rain, so it was the brightness around it. It was the appearance of the glory of the Lord. " The book of Ezekiel also presents a view of the heavenly throne of God, and the description resembles the description of Revelation 4.

Psalm 29:2: "Give the Lord the glory due to His name; worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness." This verse of psalms is a call to worship of God, which is a central theme in Revelation 4, where living beings and elders worship the Lord before His throne.

Psalm 47:8: "God reigns over the nations; God is sitting in His holy throne." This verse of the psalms emphasizes God's sovereignty and its reign over the nations, which is reflected in the view of the heavenly throne in Revelation 4.
