15. Therefore in the east give glory to the LORD; in the coastlands of the sea, to the name of the LORD, the God of Israel.

" This verse talks about the glory that God will receive when bringing judgment on the earth and punishing the wicked.

Isaiah 26:21 - "For behold, the Lord will leave his place to punish the residents of the earth because of his iniquity; and the earth will discover his blood, and will no longer cover his dead." This verse talks about how God will come out of his place to punish the residents of the earth because of his iniquity.
