Jeremiah 12 deals with God's righteousness and the prophet's understanding of the suffering of the righteous before the wicked. James 5:7-8: "He thirsts, brothers, patients until the coming of the Lord. " James encourages patience and perseverance in moments of suffering, trusting in the coming of the Lord and his final justice.
