Ezekiel, 3

22. The hand of the LORD came upon me, and he said to me: Get up and go out into the plain, where I will speak with you.

In the third chapter of Ezekiel, the prophet receives a commission from God to become a "sentry" for the house of Israel, and is instructed to eat a roll of book that represents the Word of God. " God's Word is powerful and effective, and has the power to penetrate even the thoughts and intentions of the human heart.
