23. Now therefore, cross over to my lord, the king of the Assyrians, and I will give to you two thousand horses, and we will see if you even have enough riders for them.

Chapter 18 of 2 kings tells the story of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and his struggle against Senaqueribe, king of Assyria. Hezekiah leads religious reforms in Judah and refuses to submit to Senaqueribe's demands.
