23. My elect will not labor in vain, and they will not bring forth in disorder. For they are the offspring of the blessed of the Lord, and their posterity are with them.

Isaiah 65 talks about the difference between those who seek God and those who move away from Him. God promises blessings for those who sincerely seek Him, while judging those who reject Him and get involved in sin.
