9. And I will lead forth an offspring from Jacob, and a possessor of my mountains from Judah. And my elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall live there.

Isaiah 65 talks about the difference between those who seek God and those who move away from Him. God promises blessings for those who sincerely seek Him, while judging those who reject Him and get involved in sin. Proverbs 8:17: "I love those who love me; those who seek me find me." This verse shows that God is willing to relate to those who seek and love Him from the heart.
