Ezekiel, 7

11. Violence has grown up into a rod of wickedness; none of them shall remain, nor their abundance, nor their wealth; neither shall there be preeminence among them.

Ezekiel 7 describes the arrival of the day of judgment on Jerusalem because of its disobedience and sin. The verses selected below reflect God's judgment on the people of Jerusalem and their lack of repentance:
