Isaiah 37 is a chapter that tells the story of King Hezekiah in the midst of a great conflict with Senaqueribe, king of Assyria. In this chapter Hezekiah seeks God in prayer, asking for help and protection against enemies. God then responds to this prayer and protects Jerusalem, destroying the Assyrian army. 2 Chronicles 20:12: "Ah! God, you will not judge you? For there is no strength in this great multitude that comes against us, and we do not know what we will do; but our eyes are put to you."
