Deuteronomy 1:21: "See, the Lord, his God, he gave him the earth. Go up and take possession of it, like the Lord, the God of his ancestors, promised him. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." Joshua 1:9: "Did I not have ordered you? Be strong and brave! Do not terminate, nor be discouraged, for the Lord, your God, will be with you where you walk."
