1 Chronicles, 22

12. May the LORD give you prudence and discernment when he brings you to rule over Israel, so that you keep the law of the LORD, your God.

Chapter 22 of 1 Chronicles describes David's preparation for the construction of God's temple in Jerusalem, and how he gathered the materials necessary for the work.
