14. And these twelve stones were engraved with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel, each one with a single name.

Chapter 39 of Exodus details the preparation of priestly garments for the tabernacle service. The cloak, the priestly vest, the tiara, the embroidered tunic, the belt and the thin linen robes to be worn during the ceremonies of worship to God were done.
