11. And I have sent it to be made smooth, so that it may be handled. This sword has been sharpened, and it has been polished, so that it may be in the hand of the one who kills.

Ezekiel 21 is a chapter that deals with God's judgment against Jerusalem and the sword of God that will be used to execute his judgment. Psalm 75:7: "But God is the judge; he lowers one, and exalts another." This verse talks about God as the sovereign judge, who has the power to exalt and lower. In Chapter 21 of Ezekiel, God is acting as the sovereign judge of Jerusalem, performing his judgment with the sword of God.

Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
