16. In the fifth year of Joram, son of Ahab and king of Israel, Jehoram, son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah began to reign.

Chapter 8 of 2 Kings tells the story of Hazael, a man who would eventually become king of Syria, and his interaction with the prophet Elisha and King Jehora of Israel.
