3. The showers held back and there was no spring rain for you, yet you have a harlot's brow and refuse to be ashamed!

Deuteronomy 30:2: "Then if they turn to the Lord, His God, and obey with all their hearts and all their souls, according to all that I command them today, the Lord, His God, will bless them." This verse shows that God's blessing comes to those who repent and obey Him with all their hearts.
