Jeremiah, 51

2. I will send foreigners to Babylon to winnow her and lay waste her land. On the day of her affliction they will besiege her from all sides.

Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
