12. These shall stand upon mount Garizim to bless the people, when you are passed the Jordan: Simeon, Levi, Juda, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin.

Deuteronomy 31:12-13: "Gather the people, men, women and children, and foreigners resident in their cities, that they may hear and learn to fear the Lord, their God, and carefully follow all the words of this law.
