Ezekiel, 36

35. And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities [are become] fenced, [and] are inhabited.

Ezekiel 36 deals with the future restoration of Israel. God says he will bring the people back to their land and make the earth fertile and productive. Ezekiel 37:21 - "And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will take the children of Israel among the nations to which they went, and I shall congregate them from all parts, and bring them to their own land." This verse talks about God's promise to gather the people of Israel back to their land, which relates to the restoration message in Ezekiel 36.
