Jeremiah, 6

7. As a fountain casteth out her waters, so she casteth out her wickedness: violence and spoil is heard in her; before me continually [is] grief and wounds.

Isaiah 55:6-7: "Seek the Lord as long as one can find, invoke him while he is near. Isaiah 1:16-17: "Wash, purify you, take the evil from your acts from before my eyes; cease to do evil. I learned to do good; , deal with the cause of the widows. " This verse calls people to abandon their sins and practice justice and goodness as a way of pleasing God.
