Psalm 135 is a hymn of praise to God and a call to the people to worship Him and recognize their greatness and power. Isaiah 45:18: "For thus says the Lord, who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth, and made it; He established it, did not create it empty, but formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord and There is no other. Psalm 147:4-5: "The number of the stars tells them, call them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power; their understanding is infinite." This verse speaks of the greatness and power of God, another central theme of Psalm 135.
