Jeremiah, 3

14. Return, O faithless children, says the LORD; for I am your master; I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion.

Deuteronomy 30:2: "Then if they turn to the Lord, His God, and obey with all their hearts and all their souls, according to all that I command them today, the Lord, His God, will bless them." This verse shows that God's blessing comes to those who repent and obey Him with all their hearts.
