Jeremiah, 3

3. Therefore the showers have been withheld, and the spring rain has not come; yet you have a harlot's brow, you refuse to be ashamed.

Deuteronomy 30:2: "Then if they turn to the Lord, His God, and obey with all their hearts and all their souls, according to all that I command them today, the Lord, His God, will bless them." This verse shows that God's blessing comes to those who repent and obey Him with all their hearts.
