1 Samuel, 29

1. Now the Philistines had mustered all their forces in Aphek, and the Israelites were encamped at the spring of Harod near Jezreel.

1 Samuel 29 narrates David's story going to battle with the Philistines, but being rejected by the Philistine leaders. " David could have been anxious about the situation he was in, but he chose to trust God and leave his concerns about him.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust the Lord of all your heart, and do not stir in your own understanding. Recognizes him in all your ways, and he will straighten your paths." David trusted God to guide him in his ways and decisions, even when they seemed to make no sense in the eyes of men.
