Nehemiah, 1

4. And when I had heard this manner of words, I sat down, and I wept and mourned for many days. I fasted and prayed before the face of the God of heaven.

Jeremiah 29:12-13: "Then you shall invoke me, shall pass me to pray to me, and I will hear you. You shall seek me and find myself when you seek all your heart."
