Ezekiel, 21

26. Thus saith the Lord God: Remove the diadem, take off the crown: is it not this that hath exalted the low one, and brought down him that was high?

" In this verse, God talks about the punishment of sin and how the sword will be brought about those who sin. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God's sword is used as punishment for the sin of Jerusalem.

Psalm 75:7: "But God is the judge; he lowers one, and exalts another." This verse talks about God as the sovereign judge, who has the power to exalt and lower. In Chapter 21 of Ezekiel, God is acting as the sovereign judge of Jerusalem, performing his judgment with the sword of God.

Jeremiah 23:24: "Will anyone hide in hiding places, so that I do not see him? In this verse, God talks about His omnipresence and how He sees everything. In Ezekiel chapter 21, God is observing the situation in Jerusalem and planning his action as the omnipresent and omniscient god.
