Ezekiel, 3

22. And the hand of the Lord was upon me, and he said to me: Rise and go forth into the plain, and there I will speak to thee.

In the third chapter of Ezekiel, the prophet receives a commission from God to become a "sentry" for the house of Israel, and is instructed to eat a roll of book that represents the Word of God. " God's Word is powerful and effective, and has the power to penetrate even the thoughts and intentions of the human heart.
