Ezekiel, 6

12. He that is far off shall die of the pestilence; and he that is near shall fall by the sword; and he that remaineth and is besieged shall die by the famine: thus will I accomplish my fury upon them.

2 Kings 17:16-17: "They left all the commandments of the Lord, their God, and made for themselves two melted metal calves. They worshiped the whole army of heaven and served Baal. " This verse describes the idolatry of the people of Israel and how they have moved away from God's commandments. 1 Kings 18:21: "Then Elijah has come to all the people, and said, How long shall shall you be between two thoughts? If the Lord is God, follow him; and if Baal, follow him. . " This verse is part of the story of Elijah confronting Baal's prophets.
