7. but the house of Israel will refuse to listen to you, since they will not listen to me. For the whole house of Israel is stubborn of brow and obstinate in heart.

In the third chapter of Ezekiel, the prophet receives a commission from God to become a "sentry" for the house of Israel, and is instructed to eat a roll of book that represents the Word of God.
