16. O LORD our God, all this store that we have prepared to build thee an house for thine holy name [cometh] of thine hand, and [is] all thine own.

Put me to the test," says the Lord of hosts, "and see if I won't open the heavenly floodgates and spill over You so many blessings that you will have nowhere to keep them. " God challenges his people to be generous in their tithes and promises to bless them abundantly in return.
