3. The Angel of Yahweh appeared to this woman and said to her, 'You are barren and have had no child, but you are going to conceive and give birth to a son.

Chapter 13 of the Judges Book tells the story of Samson's birth. An angel of the Lord appeared to the wife of Manoá, who was barren, and announced that she would give birth to a son who would be consecrated to God from the womb and would begin to free Israel from the yoke of the Philistines.
