6. And the Lord said to Joshua: “You should not fear them. For tomorrow, at this same hour, I will deliver all these to be wounded in the sight of Israel. You will hamstring their horses, and you will burn their chariots with fire.”

This verse speaks of the dependence of the Israelites in God to conquer the land of Canaan. It was by God's will and his intervention that Joshua and his army managed to defeat the Cananites.

Psalm 121:8: "The Lord will keep your departure and your entrance from now on and forever." This verse speaks of God's protection about those who trust in Him. Joshua and his army had the protection of God during the conquest of Canaan.

2 Samuel 22:47: "Long live the Lord, and blessed be my rock, and exalted be the God of my salvation." This verse speaks of worship and gratitude to God for His salvation. The Israelites could worship and thank God for the victory in the conquest of Canaan.
