15. And the four angels were released who had been waiting for this year, this month, this day and this hour, ready to utterly destroy a third of humankind.

Revelation 9 describes the opening of the fifth and sixth seals, which results in the release of terrible pests on the earth. Joel 2:4-5: "Your appearance is like that of horses; and how knights like this.
