Take my yoke, and learn from me, that I am meek and humble with heart; and you will find rest for the Your souls. " Jesus invites people to approach him, clinging to Him and learning of him to find rest and peace in his souls.

Luke 9:23: "He said to all," If anyone wants to come after me, to deny himself, day by day take his cross, and follow me. " Jesus calls people to leave everything and follow him, assuming his cross daily and finding life in union with him.
