1. Then David said, This [is] the house of the LORD God, and this [is] the altar of the burnt offering for Israel.

" This verse shows how David gathered the materials needed to build the temple, including wood and stone cutters and carpenters.

2 Chronicles 2:4-5-"Behold, I will build a house to the name of the Lord my God, to consecrate it, to burn the aromatic incense before him, to put the bread of continuous proposition over it, and to offer holocaustos In the morning and in the afternoon, on Saturdays, on the new moons, and in the feasts of the Lord our God; which is perpetually ordered in Israel.
