15. At the end of ten days it was seen that they were better in appearance and fatter in flesh than all the youths who ate the king's rich food.

And the voice spoke to him for the second time, 'Do not impurely what God has purified.' "This verse talks about the purity of food, an important concern for the Hebrews in Daniel's time.

Romans 14:17: "For the kingdom of God is neither food nor drink, but justice, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit." This verse emphasizes the importance of more important things than food, such as justice and peace coming from God.

Mark 7:18-20: "He (Jesus) said unto them, 'So are you like this too? Don't you understand that anything that enters man can make him unclean? to the toilet. 'And so he declared all the' pure 'foods.
