4. And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write. But I heard a voice from heaven, saying to me: “Seal the things that the seven thunders have spoken, and do not write them.”

Revelation 10 deals with John's view of a strong angel coming down from heaven with a book open in his hand.
