St. Luke Chapter 11 begins with the disciples asking Jesus to teach them to pray. Then Jesus explains the importance of perseverance in prayer and teaches about the relationship between parents and children. He also rebukes the Pharisees for his hypocrisy and lack of love for God. Finally, Jesus warns of the danger of rejecting God's wisdom and the need to practice God's Word in our lives.
Proverbs 8:17: "I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me." This verse talks about the importance of seeking divine wisdom, a theme that is addressed in various parts of Luke chapter 11.
