Psalm 69 is a psalm of lamentation in which the psalmist expresses his pain, anguish and suffering in the face of the afflictions and persecution he faces. Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is close to those who have a broken heart and saves those with a shaken spirit." This verse shows how God is sensitive to the pain of those who suffer and who is always ready to offer comfort and help.

Thus, we approach the throne of grace with all confidence in order to receive mercy and find grace that helps us at the moment of need. " This verse reminds us that Jesus is our high priest, who understands our weaknesses and invites us to find ourselves to God in search of help and grace.
