Proverbs 21:15: "To do justice is joy to the righteous, but astonishment for those who practice iniquity." This verse talks about the joy of justice to those who do what is right and the punishment for those who do evil. In Ezekiel chapter 25, nations are punished because of their bad deeds, showing how justice can be astonished to the wicked.

Amos 1:3: "Thus saith the Lord, For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not remove the punishment, because they have traced Gilead with iron rails." In this verse, God talks about the judgment of Damascus because of his transgressions.
