Deuteronomy, 27

19. Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, of the fatherless and the widow: and all the people shall say: Amen.

Deuteronomy 27 is a chapter that presents instructions on the ceremony of consecration of God's law in the promised land.
