51. And it came to pass the selfsame day, [that] the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.

Verses related to Exodus, 12:

In Exodus 12, God gives detailed instructions for the celebration of Easter and the Feast of the Bread. The chapter also tells the tenth plague, the death of the Egyptian firstborn, and the departure of the Israelites of Egypt.

Deuteronomy 16:1 - "Keep the month of Abibe, and celebrate the Easter to the Lord your God; for in the month of Abibe the Lord your God took you out of Egypt at night." This verse refers to Easter, which is the feast instituted by God in Exodus 12.

John 1:29 - "The next day John saw Jesus, who came to Him, and said, Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world." Jesus is called "The Lamb of God" because He is the perfect sacrifice that was given by our sins, just as the Lamb sacrificed in the Passover by the Israelites.

1 Corinthians 5:7 - "throw out the old yeast, that you may be a new mass, as you are without leaven; for Christ, our Easter, was sacrificed by us." This verse refers to the feast of the pasm bread, which is celebrated shortly after Easter, and represents the holiness and purity of Christians in Christ.

Hebrews 11:28 - "By faith he celebrated the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood, that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch them." This verse speaks of the faith of Moses and the people of Israel to follow God's instructions to the celebration of Easter, which protected them from death in the tenth plague.

Revelation 5:12 - "What a great voice said, Worthy is the Lamb, who was killed, to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and thanksgiving." This verse speaks of the worship that will be given to Jesus, the Lamb of God, for all eternity. The celebration of Easter is an annual reminder of salvation that it provided us with.
