Chapter 2 of Philippians addresses Christ's humility as an example for Christians. John 13:14: "Now, if I, Lord and Master, wash my feet, you must also wash each other's feet." This verse in 1 Corinthians 10 also emphasizes the importance of cooperation and altruism among Christians.

Colossians 3:12: "Coat, therefore, as elected from God, holy and beloved, of affection affections of mercy, goodness, humility, meekness, long-term." This verse highlights the Christian virtues that must be cultivated by believers, including humility. Paul emphasizes in Philippians 2 the importance of having the mind of Christ, who has emptied himself of his divine glory to become a servant, and the importance of following this example in our own life.
